11/09/2010 Up the A19 again today to the Northern Counties show with Bethany, she was awarded 1st P C + B.O.B. Dr Bennett, plus 2 x 1st and a 2nd in side classes!! Plus Plus she was awarded Best of Variety Siamese Female Neuter!!!

28/08/2010 Today I went to the Teeside show with Bethany, & she got her 3rd P C + B.O.B. Mrs Farnsworth, plus 2 x 1st & a 2nd in side classes!! So my darling Bethany is now a PREMIER as well as a GRAND CHAMPION!!!

19/08/2010 My darling Cindy gave birth to her first litter of kittens, the first VELVETENA kittens of 2010!! They are also the first 'home-bred' Cinammons & Fawns, that I have been waiting for since 2006!! Cindy started having contractions last night at 11 pm, just as I was getting comfy in bed!! The 'bubble' appeared at 12.40 am then I waited and waited, & waited some more!!
Eventually at 3.18 am the 1st kitten was born, then at 4.24 am the 2nd kitten popped out, then I waited some more & the 3rd kitten arrived at 5.22 am, the 4th & final kitten landed at 5.44 am!!!
Although Cindy & I were both very tired 'bunnies', Cindy managed to give birth without a trip to the emergency vet in the middle of the night!! Mum & kittens are doing well, Cindy is an excellent Mum and I am chuffed to bits!!

10/07/2010 Went to the FIRST joint ALL breed show,held at the same venue on the same day!! It was held by the Lincolnshire Cat Club & the Humberside Cat Club. Double Bubble!! Whist there were a few teething problems & a lot of sweaty humans and cats on one of the hottest days of the year, a good time was had!! Looking forward to going again next year!!
It was Bethany's first show/s as a neater & she did me proud!! In the Lincolnshire she was awarded 1st, Premier Certificate + B.O.B. Mrs Hamilton, 2 x 2nd and a 3rd in side classes!! In the Humberside she was awarded 1st + P.C. Mrs Reed, plus 3 x 2nd in side classes!!

29/05/2010  Went to the Durham County show with BooBoo, where she became CHAMPION FLOWERDEW MAGIQUE NOIRE + B.O.B. thanks to her Open  judge Miss Tonkinson, plus 3rd out of 6, 3rd out of 10 & 3rd out of 11 in side classes that had British, Foreign, Burmese and Orientals in, althe 3 classes had male & female in and were judged by Non-Oriental judges!!
AND THEN!!! My darling BooBoo was awarded BEST of VARIETY ORIENTAL ADULT!!!
So VERY chuffed with my 'Little Cheshire Cat'!!!!
